The service
NAJM ALIBDA AI provides a technology platform that connects vehicle owners and fleets with automotive service providers, car-care providers and rental operators.
Role of the platform
Services are performed by independent providers. The platform facilitates discovery, requests, quotes and scheduling; it does not itself carry out repair or maintenance work.
AI outputs
Health scores, predictions and damage assessments are informational and support service routing. They do not replace professional inspection or technical diagnosis.
Pricing
Indicative prices are estimates. Final pricing is set by the provider after assessment of the vehicle and required work.
Acceptable use
Accounts must not be used for unlawful activity, misrepresentation of vehicles or services, or interference with the platform's operation.
